The word Selah is used 74 times in the Hebrew Bible. The most common translations of selah are “stop and listen” and “pause and reflect.”
From the moment I rise in the morning, I hope to be in tune with what God is trying to show me. I believe He gives me constant opportunities to reflect and learn from His creation, I only have to take the time to listen.
Sometimes these opportunities are difficult, sometimes they cause pain, but I learn from them nonetheless. I hope to capture these experiences here and share them with you.
